Alright, let’s jump into today’s huge news—Julie Chrisley’s 7-year prison sentence for fraud and tax evasion has been tossed out! The 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that there wasn’t enough evidence to justify the 7-year sentence Julie received, and now her case will return to a lower court for re-sentencing. Todd’s 12-year sentence, however, was upheld.

Julie’s attorney stated they were happy with her ruling, but disappointed Todd’s appeal was denied. The family remains hopeful as they continue to challenge the convictions.

Savannah Chrisley also released a statement saying they didn’t get everything they wanted, but Julie’s ruling was a “little win.” She’s hopeful that her mother could be released as early as 2026.
