To me, you could stay there,
a nice stable surface,
hook a box or something very heavy,
three-point hitch,
and then load out here,
because if you’re pulling with a three-point hitch,
you can pull it across this heavy ground.

There’s one island that has a crazy hole in the ground
that was made by pirates.
There’s a television show about it—
you know what I’m talking about?
The Curse of Oak Island.
They have this crazy hole in the ground
that they’re trying to figure out how to get into,
but there are all these weird little booby traps
and all this crazy stuff.

Oak Island, a small island in Nova Scotia, Canada,
has been cloaked in mystery for over 200 years.
It is believed to be the resting place of a vast treasure,
with legends and myths surrounding it
that have captured the imaginations of generations.

From pirates to curses,
the island has been the subject of countless stories and theories,
making it one of the most fascinating
and mysterious places in the world.

In a recent twist, Joe Rogan has made a new discovery on Oak Island.
While the specific details of the discovery have not been revealed,
it is said to be significant—
one that could shed new light on the island’s history and legends.

So follow through as we look into recent discoveries found by Joe Rogan
and explore the underworld of Oak Island.
Whether you’re a seasoned treasure hunter
or just a curious viewer,
you’re sure to find something interesting and exciting in this video.

Oak Island has a rich and fascinating history
that stretches back over 200 years.
The island is believed to contain a vast treasure,
with legends and myths surrounding it
that have captured the imaginations of generations.

The island’s history dates back to the late 18th century,
when three teenagers discovered a circular depression
on the island’s surface.
They dug and found some stones laid in,
some planks—things that had to be man-made—
so they knew they were onto something.

This depression, known as The Money Pit,
sparked a treasure hunt that has continued to this day.
Over the years, numerous expeditions have been launched
to explore the Money Pit and uncover its secrets,
but the treasure remains elusive.

The island has been the subject of intense speculation
and exploration for over two centuries,
with many theories about what might be buried.
Some believe that the treasure is the lost treasure of the Knights Templar,
while others think it might be the lost treasure of pirate Captain Kidd.
Others nevertheless believe that the treasure
is a fraudulent activity placed there by pranksters
to generate curiosity and revenue.

Despite numerous expeditions and investigations,
the treasure remains elusive,
and the island’s mysteries continue to interest
and fascinate people around the world.

In recent years, the History Channel’s show
The Curse of Oak Island has brought renewed attention
to the island and its mysteries.
The show follows the ongoing search for the treasure,
using modern technology and scientific methods
to explore the island and uncover its secrets.

The show has uncovered numerous artifacts and clues
that suggest the island was once a hub of activity—
from shipwrecks to buried treasure.
The island has a rich history that goes
beyond the search for the elusive treasure.

The show has also uncovered evidence of pirate activity on the island,
including a possible connection to the infamous pirate Captain Kidd.
They may have just found an important clue
connecting the Oak Island mystery to the 17th-century pirate.

In addition to the treasure hunt,
the island has also been the subject of numerous legends and myths.
One of the most famous legends is the Oak Island curse,
which states that seven people must die
before the treasure can be found.

There’s the famous Oak Island legend:
six people have died,
then a seventh is to die in search of the treasure,
and that’s when all will be revealed.
This legend has been fueled by the numerous accidents
and tragedies that have occurred on the island over the years,
including drownings, cave-ins, and explosions.

As mentioned before,
the ominous story of the Oak Island treasure
was first recounted over 200 years ago.
The story tells of a dying sailor in the late 18th century
who mentioned deposits of gold he had made on Oak Island.
This was followed by an official search of the island
by treasure hunters over the years,
who claimed to have found a series of bizarre inscriptions
on stones, trees, and other marks
that indicate the place was the site of elaborate engineering and ingenuity.

Though these treasure hunters claimed to have been on the right path,
each eventually met with failure and misfortune.
In light of this, there is a widespread belief that the island is cursed,
which is reinforced by the many failed attempts
and tragic circumstances surrounding the treasure hunt.
There is a high cost to tampering with a mystery
that was perhaps never meant to be solved.

From the time I was seven,
I grew up on the story of Oak Island,
and to this day,
I have always wanted to know what is buried there.
As a child, I constructed models of the reported Money Pit,
attempting to duplicate the mystery
that has confounded so many treasure hunters.
I’ve always believed that it is the greatest treasure hunt in history,
says Rogan.
“It’s a massive mystery,
and it’s been the most intriguing thing I have ever heard in my life.”

In May of 1795,
a teenager named Daniel McGinnis
rode to Oak Island,
a 140-acre enclosure of oak trees and earth.
This was likely done to hide something—
the treasure of a notorious pirate—
and in the process, would create
one of the most enduring mysteries
in the pages of Western civilization,
or so the legend goes.

In all likelihood,
McGinnis discovered a peculiar circular excavation
that was roughly 13 m in diameter
and seemed to have been excavated by hand.
Adjacent to the pit was an inscription on a low-hanging tree.
Its message was soon consumed by the shadow of history.
He assumed that the pit and the land
were used by pirates,
so he got some of his friends to come back to the island
to investigate and possibly find what was buried.

On the strength of this assumption,
they were to spend the rest of their life savings
and untold sums of other people’s money
trying to unearth what lies within the belly of this pirate pit.
After McGinnis and company’s initial excavations proved confusing
but ultimately unprofitable,
the site was eventually abandoned with plans to one day return.
They never would,
and thus McGinnis’s treasure hunt passed
into the glittering records of oral tradition.

It was not until the summer of 1803
when a group of settlers and soldiers,
digging in the same area,
came across the original pit and inscription
that the legend was able to be salvaged
from the iron maiden of folk memory.

The curse of Oak Island states
that anyone who attempts to discover the treasure
will face imminent danger or death.
It is scary how over a long period of time,
many lives have been lost,
two of which now include Craig Tester’s son
and Joe Rogan’s father,
leading them to pay special attention to the curse.

At this point, it’s already been shown
that a man named Robert Trestle and his son
drowned in a shaft on the island,
the same fate that happened to a group of four men
who suffered the same fate by inhaling carbon monoxide.
It’s very clear at this point
that the treasure has moved beyond mere curiosity.

During one interview with the Curse of Oak Island team,
Joe claims he’s not too interested in searching for the treasure,
but instead requests permission to pick mushrooms
after the discovery of a stone triangle
outside his father’s house in Nova Scotia,
not far from Oak Island,
which is similar to the one found on the island.
That is to say, he had no intention
of making a connection between the two,
yet he was obviously excited about it.

An agreement was made between Joe
and the Lagina brothers that once a specialist
in drilling boreholes had been found,
Joe would organize and fund an excavation of The Money Pit.
Marty Lagina agreed to pay half of what it cost
Joseph to hire the man,
thus fulfilling his childhood promise
of exploring the island.

When they first discussed their interest in the mystery
after the Hamilton suitcase store incident,
as legend has it,
in the summer of 1795,
Daniel McGinnis, John Smith,
and Anthony V,
three young men from Chester, Nova Scotia,
were drawn to the island by strange lights
and the location of the fabled Money Pit.

The stories of a mysterious Money Pit on Oak Island
have fascinated many for years.
No solid proof of its existence has been established,
but the stories persist.
In Smith’s 1856 letter,
the young man finding the depression in the ground
was said to be accidental,
largely as a result of recent questioning
of the last survivors’ recollection in 1863
of the discovery of the site.

According to an expert,
the earliest written record of the story
was found in the Liverpool Transcript in 1862
in an article
