Did Oak Island Just Find the Treasure? Suspicious End to the Season!

oh I hope this is the last take I don’t
know how many I’ve
done. Well, welcome back guys to uh Oak
Island. It’s early October, uh the weather
is beautiful and uh as we can see, uh Oak
Island is looking great as usual. There’s
a really nice uh view of the causeway. Uh
let’s see if there’s anybody in the
parking lots. Yes, uh there’s quite a few
vehicles in the parking lot so I wonder
uh what’s going on um at the work sites.
Uh I think we’re going to take a
look. All right, so we see the garden
shaft and Money Pit area. Uh there’s
Billy’s big uh big
excavator. Uh all quiet here though, like
uh nothing going on except this
suspicious uh casing kind of just
sticking out of the ground. Um my theory
is it’s just like
a casing that’s just, you know, it’s only
like in there four feet, uh just because
there’s no cover on it and uh they
wouldn’t leave something like that open.
Um but it’s hard to really tell, you know.
It’s almost like it’s there to uh throw me
off or throw us off. Um if you
go down to the uh rock sorting area
where we were uh last week when
there was tons of action, you can see
it’s all disassembled. Uh um there’s just
uh one of the parts of the sort sitting
there but uh nobody around.
It’s uh it’s very uh very quiet um in
both areas of uh the island. So really
the only uh the only other
place um that they could, well they could
still be working anywhere, but most
likely place uh would be the
swamp. Um but as you can see, the swamp is
still empty.
Um the swamp’s still empty but they’re
still doing a little bit of
work uh on the far end of the swamp and
I think that’s where all the uh
attention is right now. I do know um
there are people actively working there.
Uh there’s nobody in the excavator
right now but uh they are um working
that site. So I’m curious, like it’s
really early in the year and uh they’ve
wrapped up, they’re done and I’d be very
shocked if they came back for anything
else. Um and just looking back at my
videos uh last year, it was uh I think it
was the very beginning of November they
were here till. Um so it’s very
suspicious that they, you know, they would
have stopped working basically a week
ago. Um you know, um when I was last there.
Um in fact, at the time they had the um
everything disassembled or a lot of
things disassembled if I remember
correctly. So I just wanted to give
you guys a second to take a look at this
uh you know, um spot because it is the
newest and uh seems to be very um you
know, active. Um anybody who’s uh a real
sleuth and has time to uh pause and take
a look around and see if they can figure
out what’s going on, uh let me know in
the comments below. Um but I definitely
think there obviously been a big clue
from that area or, you know, they just
they wouldn’t be there. Um and as well
they didn’t really do any work at all in
the other area. I mean, they had the
planks down but uh they didn’t really do
much digging. Um so it’s uh it’s kind of
weird.
Um again, I got a pretty good shot of uh the
uh the only site they’re working um and
uh I don’t know, like I said, tell me if
if you can uh if you have any
ideas.
Well,
um it says the end so I guess we done.
You know, in my last take of this voice
over,
um I was, I brought up
Smarties. They uh everybody knows what
Smarties are made by
Nestle and anybody uh oh, I don’t know,
probably 40 and
older would definitely
know that there was a point here
probably 20 years ago
where Nestle changed the candy coating
or whatever the dye for the for the
candy and very, very significantly
changed uh um the taste and everything
about Smarties. And you know, I’ve got to
say
um they were horrible. Um nothing against
you guys, you know, like that’s just a
personal thing. Um but uh compared to
their um you know, their ancestors, um
they’re just uh oh they don’t compare.
Um and I think there was, there was reasoning for this.
Uh they uh you know, health-related, I do
believe, or something. I don’t know, Google
it, let me know. Um but uh I don’t know
why people would still buy them. And and
now you’re probably asking, well Po, if
you don’t like
them more, then did you buy
them? And my answer to that is because
they come mixed with Kit Kat and Arrow
and Coffee Crisp uh in Halloween packs.
So I’ve eaten all of the rest
and I’m down to the Smarties. So you know,
when I’m really getting a craving for uh
some chocolate, uh I broke down a couple times
and and had some Smarties. And uh,
you know, I guess they take the edge off but
I could say come on man, go back to your
old recipe, like old, old recipe. Um
I’m not that old, I’m not that old but
you know, you know what I
mean. What
else, you know? It’s an absolutely
beautiful day uh in the Annapolis Valley
of uh Nova Scotia today.
Um I filmed that uh that particular
video, or this particular video I guess
you would say, um a couple days ago. Um and
just uh I haven’t had a chance to uh get to it until yesterday. And um then I
had to uh do the voiceover which I uh
got lazy last night and um or actually I
got
distracted. Um I was uh going through
Netflix and uh what was it? The
Gentleman
um was
uh was on or whatever. Um and uh so I
thought, yeah I’ll check it out and ended
up watching about three or four episodes.
So, so there you go. Um that’s why I
didn’t do the voiceover yesterday and
um doing it
today.
Um
I’m just watching the TV, watching some
deer, which uh reminded
me that um I hit uh a buck
unfortunately at the beginning of the
week. That’s how my week started on
Monday.
Um and I’m not a hunter. Um you know,
nothing against it or anything, it’s just
uh nothing I’ve ever done. My father
hunted quite a bit and my uncle does, I
know that. Um but uh so, you know, I just, I
know the basics of you know, deer, buck,
doe, and all that, you know. Um so anyway,
after coming around a corner he uh he
jumped out of the ditch uh so fast that
uh you know, like there was no time to
even react. Um unfortunately and uh
anyway, I’ll spare you the details. Um
but uh we did have the RCMP uh come
right away. Um so uh you know, great on
you guys, you know. Um because the biggest
thing uh for me was that we needed somebody
to put it out of its misery and uh in Canada we
um we just, we have different gun laws. So,
um not just anybody can come, you know, shoot it and I
don’t, I don’t carry a rifle. So um so
anyway, the uh the RCMP, which is our
national police here, um the guy did a
great job and uh then our natural
resources guy came uh to clean
the rest of everything up and uh anyway,
uh he says to me, he says uh he says Po,
he says uh I’ve been doing this job for
20 years now and he says uh that’s the
biggest buck I’ve ever seen. He said
that’s a 16-point buck and I’m like oh.
I’m like, well I know it’s big ’cause I hit
it and I felt it and you know what? The
airbags didn’t even go off. So uh it’s
uh it’s um lucky, you know.
Um you know, insurance will take care of that type of
stuff. It’s just uh nobody was hurt. Um
but it could have been much worse, so I’m
very thankful uh for uh well for
everything, let’s face it. Very thankful
for life. So uh
well that’s uh I I I took a picture um
of it but I I’m not going to put it
on here. If you want to see it, um you
know everybody says, wow, want to show
it to them? Mostly hunters and stuff.

um I think that’s all that’s uh you know
really going on right
now. Yeah, just the Smarties thing, you know.
It’s
uh just be nice if they would switch
back. But all right, I’m going back, so
