In spite of the judge’s decision to uphold the sentence!! Julie Chrisley will not be going home.!!

Fans of Chrisley Knows Best were eagerly waiting for Julie Chrisley to hear about her sentence in Atlanta’s lower court. Many were hoping she would be released soon, but the news was far from what they expected. Julie was informed that she would not be getting out of prison anytime soon, much to the disappointment of her daughter, Savannah Chrisley.

Savannah had confidently predicted her mom would be home by Thanksgiving. In fact, she and Julie had even planned their move together, with Savannah believing that Julie’s sentence would be reduced, allowing her to return home soon. Savannah was so hopeful that they had even arranged for her mom to live with her and the younger children once she was released.

However, Julie’s hopes were dashed on September 25th when the judge upheld her seven-year sentence. This was a significant blow for Julie, as it meant she would continue serving her time behind bars. The prosecution reportedly asked the judge to keep the full seven-year term intact, which unfortunately came true for Julie.

Many Chrisley Knows Best fans were disappointed to see that Julie didn’t get an early release. Some believe that she shouldn’t be allowed to “get away” with her fraud crime, while others were hoping for a lighter sentence due to her remorse and efforts to improve during her time in prison.

In light of this setback, Julie and Todd Chrisley’s lawyers are planning to file an appeal in hopes of getting a more favorable outcome. Fans were quick to take to Reddit to discuss the situation, with some asking whether the fact that Julie won’t be getting out soon affects how they view the family’s case, especially in regard to her children, Grayson and Chloe.
