A shocking new report says that the reservation team on Oak Island’s curse has drilled to an odd depth and found signs of wealth. The big question now is: is this really it?

It looks like there won’t be a Season 12 of The Curse on Oak Island because of this new find on Oak Island. Watch to find out about this new discovery!

Rick and Marty finally find the prize they were looking for after months of drilling and sifting through debris. The crew has been searching for the supposed wealth on this island, and it looks like they have made some progress.

Marty and Rick went to The Money Pit to see how far the garden shaft probe digging operation had come. They are going to drive to The Money Pit area to check on the probe digging operation and see how things are going.

As of this point, they had reached the depth of the tunnel meant to go straight west into the possible treasure zone. For now, the most important question is whether they can find the structure and break through it to see what it might hold.

Since today is the last day of the season, they need to pack up their gear. However, they have not been able to find what they were looking for. They are excited to discover what lies at the bottom of the yard hole, but Oak Island doesn’t want to share its secrets easily.

Standing on thick planks in the dark water at the bottom of the old shaft, they are both using a detector to help them look for the legendary treasure said to be on Oak Island. At one point, they see something that looks promising, and they are sure it might be the prize.

Yet, they are frustrated that they can’t explore the lower levels of the shaft because it’s the end of the year. They are happy about the find but also angry when Gary interrupts them.

They are getting ready to pull down the board and lengthen the shaft, but they have to pause because Gary finds a non-ferrous head through the roof. Once everyone on the crew realizes how important the discovery is, they know they have to wait until the next season to move forward with their goal.

Chuck, the main investigator, records how far below the surface the treasure is while noting the find from the war room. This presents a significant problem. Even though they’ve faced setbacks, Rick and Marty are grateful for their trip. They thank the team, especially their nephew Peter and their friend David.

According to their plans, they are going to investigate further to see what information they can uncover. After digging for about three inches, they reach a depth of around 93 feet. They believe they are in the exact location they were searching for—absolutely perfect.

Now that they’ve reached what they think is the approximate depth of the tunnel that leads directly west into the possible treasure zone, the most pressing question is whether they can locate the structure and examine what it might contain.

They decide to dismantle the last section and conduct more studies before sunset. While cleaning out the file, they put everything in a container and look around to see what they can find.

There is no doubt that Oak Island does not easily reveal its secrets. The team has a strong desire to uncover everything possible and, if feasible, determine what the piece of wood at the bottom of the yard shaft is.

One team member believes he has hit wood on the northern side of the board. After drawing a blank, he manages to navigate through the tunnel, unharmed despite a near-miss. They realize that if they approach from the side, they might be able to trace the line of the tube.

Following the triggering of their safety gear, they descend the shaft. Never in their wildest dreams did they think this moment would come, especially after being apart for so long—it feels like a childhood dream come true.

To obtain these valuables, they go deeper into The Money Pit, putting themselves in the same perilous situation faced by treasure hunters for hundreds of years. This problem is unlikely to be resolved soon, even though time is running out.

It’s likely that whatever was meant to be found in this shaft was deliberately placed to make it easier to locate. At that moment, they consider using a metal detector, knowing they don’t have much time left.

They decide to ask a more experienced team member to use the metal detecting gear to probe the hole and see what they can find. The search for the real treasure finally seems to be nearing its conclusion after what feels like a lifetime.

From the outside, it looks as if the scenery was carved out in the Middle Ages when the Templars were in charge. It almost feels like they are prisoners locked up in a castle. The investigators continue trying to discern what lies within the hole, suspecting it may contain a wealth of modern nails and wire.

They are fortunate to have the CTX 3030, which not only aids their findings but also features alarms linked to unique signals. They touch something right away, but it isn’t a target made of non-ferrous materials. It occurs to them that it might be gold, silver, or even copper, though they can’t confirm it.

At the very bottom of the garden shaft, just a few feet below the surface, is it even slightly possible that they have stumbled upon clues to the legendary riches said to be buried in Oak Island’s murky soil? If so, this would be a significant discovery.

Additionally, it’s possible that the signals are coming from what is now believed to be a tube that runs westward toward the “baby blob” and is about 10 feet below the surface.

However, this moment is bittersweet because Dumas lacks the necessary paperwork to extend the shaft. They can’t risk the safety of their team or the project’s success by attempting to break through the bottom of the shaft, which may lead to unstable ground.

The discovery of a non-ferrous strike, on the other hand, is an exciting development, indicating the presence of metal. Yet, Dumas cannot legally extend the shaft further this time of year, making the situation both thrilling and disappointing.

The realization that they cannot reach this goal is a tough pill to swallow. It’s possible that the glacial tumulus system and the series of water-filled anhydrite holes under Oak Island frequently cause the pit to flood.

Oak Island is significant because it sits atop a tumulus system formed by ice over time. The presence of water likely causes this type of limestone to dissolve, leading to the formation of caves and other natural holes. Bedrock might be found at depths of 38 to 45 meters, approximately 125 to 148 feet close to the dig pit.

Since the 18th century, treasure hunters have relentlessly sought treasures and relics, investing significant effort into their quest. Various artifacts, including the Ark of the Covenant, the Holy Grail, and writings attributed to Shakespeare, have been rumored to be on the island.

This episode depicts Rick and Marty as they traverse the island in search of the legendary wealth said to be hidden in Oak Island. The team has reached The Money Pit area and dug to a depth comparable to the tunnel believed to lead directly west into the treasure zone.

Despite this, they still haven’t located the structure and are eager to continue their search at the bottom of the yard column. Utilizing their devices, they seek what could be a valuable target while exploring the shallows.

Gary finds a non-ferrous head through the roof, which disrupts their train of thought. The group understands that they will have to wait until the next season to continue their pursuit.

After contemplating the significance of their findings, Chuck points out that the treasure lies far below the surface, away from the fight room. The team is excited about what lies ahead and appreciates the support from their community despite the challenges they’ve faced thus far.

There’s no doubt that many people would try to claim at least a portion of the rumored treasure. It’s impossible to predict who among them would be successful, given the uncertainties that lie ahead.

The Lagina brothers and the government are the two parties most likely to benefit from any potential riches. However, neither group can claim that they alone deserve the perks associated with newfound wealth.

Ultimately, all these individuals would have a legitimate claim to a share of the treasure. For now, though, the only way to know if something like this will happen again on The Curse of Oak Island is to watch as time unfolds.

After completing their work, the study team convenes to discuss their findings and observations. Although they faced setbacks, they remain optimistic that things will improve next time.

Despite the challenges, progress has been made. They express gratitude to the community for its unwavering support, assuring everyone that they are getting closer to uncovering the ultimate answers that will end the curse for good.

As their quest nears completion, they prepare for the next part of their journey, scheduled to commence in the spring of the following year. The search is now over, and the hosts convey their excitement about what the future holds.
